Recovery Community Organization

Horizon Healthcare is also a  Recovery Community Organization in the Minnesota that provide culturally responsive peer recovery support, education, awareness and advocacy in different communities in Minnesota such as East African immigrant, low income communities, homeless communities, refugee, Natives, Muslim and the entire population in Minnesota. Horizon’s Recovery Initiative provides services to all individuals regardless of their religion or cultural ethnicity.
